We ship from warehouses located in Hong Kong, USA, and the EU. The shipping origin depends on the availability of stock for the purchased item.

2. Worldwide Delivery Time

We guarantee worldwide delivery within 17 working days from the date of purchase.  

Note: During high-volume seasons—especially November and December—delivery times may be longer due to increased order volumes and carrier delays. We appreciate your patience during these peak times.

3. Shipping Protection Option

Buyers already have the option for shipping protection on their orders. This protection ensures that if anything happens to the package or item during transit, they will receive a free replacement with free shipping.
