Our Shipping Policy outlines our procedures for delivering your orders promptly and efficiently across the globe.

1. Shipping Locations

We ship from warehouses located in Hong Kong, USA, and the EU. The shipping origin depends on the availability of stock for the purchased item.

2. Worldwide Delivery Time

We guarantee worldwide delivery within 17 working days from the date of purchase.  

Note: During high-volume seasons—especially November, December and February—delivery times may be longer due to increased order volumes and carrier delays. We appreciate your patience during these peak times.

3. Shipping Delay Disclaimer (US Customers Only)


Due to recent amendments to U.S. de minimis import regulations and international customs compliance laws, certain shipments may experience longer-than-anticipated transit and clearance times. These regulatory changes have resulted in enhanced customs screening and documentation requirements that are beyond our control.

While all orders are processed and dispatched within our standard timeframe of up to 10 business days (excluding weekends and holidays), we cannot be held liable for carrier or customs delays arising from these new legal mandates. By completing a purchase, the customer acknowledges and agrees that delays resulting from customs or regulatory procedures do not constitute grounds for cancellation or refund, except as otherwise required by applicable law.
